My Background
As a military spouse, I put my life on "pause". I spent many years taking care of my family and helping them to "live their best lives" every 2 years. As we got closer to retirement, my husband said, "It's your turn now". Through my own journey, I learned to unpause, dream, design and live my best life. My background includes a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Masters degree in Educational Leadership, and I am a certified Life Coach through The Life Purpose Institute.
My Approach
I believe you are the creator of your experience and that every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. I believe there is no one path, right or wrong, but only choices! My approach is centered around helping my clients cultivate self-awareness, identify their values and goals, and create actionable steps towards achieving them. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes.
