I had never done coaching before, but was at a crossroads with my career decisions so thought it would only help me to have a coaching session with Nicole. From hello, she made me feel comfortable and the conversation flowed from there.  Nicole listens and asks open ended questions to make you think versus telling you how to think or what decisions to make.
